Tuesday, November 12th:

We successfully gained access to the first unit, allowing us to proceed with total demolition and thorough tear-out. Upon our inspection, we discovered substantial water damage, along with various electrical issues that need addressing. However, this challenge will not deter us; in fact, it motivates us even more to take the space down to its bare bones and create something fresh, welcoming, and comfortable for our future Veteran occupants!

Tuesday, January 21st:

Bathroom and kitchen plumbing have been updated, and the work is now complete. Additionally, we have successfully laid tile in all the bedrooms and in the hallway, and we are currently making our way toward the living room and kitchen areas with the tiling process.

Follow our progress as we work diligently to transform a once derelict building into a beautiful, welcoming home that will provide comfort and stability for those veterans in need.
